Is DueDateAlerts free?
Signing up is free, and new accounts get some free email and SMS reminders to try it (see the pricing page). Paid plans add more. Plans are prepaid and don't renew automatically.
What can I be reminded about?
Anything with a date: insurance renewals, loan EMIs, credit card and utility bills, income tax and GST deadlines, passport and driving licence renewals, birthdays, anniversaries, medicines and subscriptions.
How early will I be reminded?
You choose. For example a week before, a day before and on the day itself. Repeating reminders (every month, every year, every 3 months) carry on automatically until you stop them.
Can I send reminders to my family?
Yes. Add your spouse, parents or accountant as recipients and they get the same reminder by email or SMS. Please only add people who are happy to receive them.
How do SMS credits work?
Each SMS of up to 160 characters uses one credit. Longer messages use more credits. Your plan shows how many SMS and email credits it includes.
Can I log in with my mobile number?
Yes. Add your mobile number when you sign up, then log in with either your email or your mobile number and your password. You can also continue with Google or Facebook.
Will reminders come on WhatsApp?
Yes. Verify your mobile number with a code sent on WhatsApp (when you sign up, or later in Contacts), then tick WhatsApp on a reminder. Each WhatsApp reminder uses one WhatsApp credit, included in paid plans. App notifications on your phone or computer are free: turn them on on each device.
What is Helpy?
Helpy is a free voice memory assistant. Tell it where you kept something, like your car keys or your passport, and ask it later. You can talk or type, and you can see, edit or delete everything it remembers. The guide at /help/helpy shows what to say.
Is my data safe?
Your reminders are private to your account. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, payments go through Razorpay, and we never sell your data. See our privacy policy for details.
How do refunds work?
If you ask within 7 days of buying and haven't used any credits, we refund the full amount. See our refund policy for all the cases.
How do I get free credits?
Share your invite link from your account page. When a friend joins and confirms their email, you get 50 free email credits.
