Terms of service
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms apply when you use DueDateAlerts (the website at duedatealerts.com and our apps). DueDateAlerts is run by Rastotel Technologies Private Limited, registered office 1379 Sector C, Pocket 1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What we provide
DueDateAlerts sends reminders about dates you tell us about, such as insurance renewals, loan EMIs, bills, taxes, birthdays and medicines. Reminders are sent by email, SMS and app notifications, and later also by WhatsApp. Some features, such as SMS reminders, need a paid plan.
We work hard to send every reminder on time, but reminders depend on email and mobile networks that we don't control. DueDateAlerts is a helpful aid, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for paying your dues, renewing your policies and meeting your deadlines.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a parent or guardian's permission.
- Give us correct details and keep them up to date, especially your email address and mobile number.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You may only add other people (family members, colleagues) as reminder recipients if they have agreed to receive messages from you.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees and include GST.
- Plans are prepaid. They do not renew automatically.
- Each plan gives you a number of email, SMS and WhatsApp credits. Sending a reminder uses credits; a long SMS can use more than one credit.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use DueDateAlerts to send spam, advertising, abusive or illegal content, or messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them. Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do this, without a refund.
5. Your content
The reminders and other information you add stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Changes and ending the service
We may change features or these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the website before it takes effect. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by a reminder that was late, not delivered or not acted on, including late fees, penalties or lapsed policies. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
